Legal conditions of the promotion of Escandinava de Electricidad and Norwegian Reward
These are the legal conditions of the campaign of Escandinava de Electricidad and Norwegian Reward to offer CashPoints to the customers of both companies. Clients who want to benefit from this promotion must accept these legal conditions.
The members of Norwegian Reward who contract the services of Escandinava de Electricidad can benefit from this promotion. The existing customers of the electricity company who link their Norwegian Reward Number to their contract with Escandinava de Electricidad may also do so. The promotion is subject to the direct payment of the receipts and to the contracting of an electricity supply with Escandinava de Electricidad.
Promotion for new customers
The members of Norwegian Reward who sign up for the first time with Escandinava de Electricidad will receive 400 CashPoints (equivalent to aproximately 40 euros) to use with Norwegian. In addition, a client will receive 80 CashPoints every six months from the second year onwards (when the bill is paid or due to be paid after the last semester) as a reward for their loyalty, while the collaboration agreement between both companies is active.
Promotion for existing customers
Existing customers of Escandinava de Electricidad who join the Norwegian Reward program and notify the electricity company will also get 80 CashPoints every six months, (when the bill is paid or due to be paid after the last semester) while the collaboration agreement between both companies is active.
Any persons who have rescinded their contract with Escandinava de Electricidad in the last 12 months or who have unpaid debt to the company cannot benefit from this promotion as new clients.
How it works
To benefit from this promotion, customers must indicate their Norwegian Reward Number to Escandinava de Electricidad at the time of contracting the new supply. This number, which must be valid and currently active, must correspond to the holder of the new electricity supply for the offer to be applied.
Signing up can be done in different ways (telephone, email, web). Regardless of the method of contracting the service, the Reward Number must be indicated to Escandinava de Electricidad during the contracting process.

To earn the 400 CashPoints, the customer must fully complete the registration for contracting their electricity supply with Escandinava de Electricidad. The CashPoints will be transferred to the customer's account 60 days after signing up.
If, for some reason, the new customer does not complete registration with Escandinava de Electricidad or is unsubscribed within 60 days from the date of contracting, the CashPoints will not be awarded.
This offer can not be used in conjunction with other Escandinava de Electricidad promotions.
Each new customer of Escandinava de Electricidad can only benefit once from the transfer of 400 CashPoints.
This promotion is intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes. In the case of detecting an abusive or fraudulent use of the promotion, Escandinava de Electricidad reserves the right to take pertinent legal actions.
Right to modify and cancel the campaign and legal framework
Escandinava de Electricidad reserves the right to cancel or modify the conditions of the promotion at any time. Any change will be published on the website and social networks and will be valid immediately.
Any discrepancy or misunderstanding regarding the application of this promotion should be settled in the ordinary courts of Oslo (Norway).
